Shipping policy

Pre-order pieces

Every Bad Gal Supply hoodie is a pre-order, printed in one small run. We aim to ship within 30 days of your order. We email you your dispatch date, then your tracking link once the carrier has your parcel.

If your order can't ship within that time, we email you before it passes with a new date and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If we don't hear back, we refund you.

Cost

Shipping to the United States is free and tracked on every order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States. For anywhere else, email [email protected] before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can.

Tracking

Your tracking link can take a day or two to show movement after it is emailed. Track it any time on our track order page.

Address changes

Email us before your order ships and we will update it. Once it has shipped we can't redirect it.

Lost or late parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email [email protected]. We chase the carrier, and if it is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.
